character creation

Description of the bug: I am new at this game and just trying to join.  I downloaded the client and then installed it.  I then ran the updates.  When I opened the client and went to character creation, I typed in the name and then chosen the character I want to use.  Once I click on next, it then told me to check the name before clicking next and then when I click on next again, nothing happens.  It will not let me make a character.

That post does not help.  I already upgraded my graphics card to the most recent version and I did get that cp-1 a couple of times after a few attempts but still nothing happens when I click on next again.

The post isn\'t supposed to help in particular because no one has posted any solution to it. Karyuu is just noting that the problem isn\'t only affecting you but a number of people.

Oh ok.  I will wait and watch for a solution on the board then.  I hope the problem is found soon and fixed.
