Can pets be traded?

no clue :\\ I know that you get a groffel from a ring... and I guess that if you gave someone that ring.. they might be able to use it.. thats jsut going off a limb though and taking a wild guess...

You can\'t use multiple rings for multiple pets, only one groffel is allowed. You can however trade rings if they haven\'t been used (I don\'t know if used rings allow it) and they will work.

Used rings work too.. Eoy and I exchanged pet rings for our engagement and they worked fine.  I think as long as you have a purified ring equipped then it works fine, no matter where it came from.  The pet i believe is tied to the character and not the ring.  The ring is just a prerequisite for access.

You can\'t trade pets.
You can trade rings.
You can trade imaginary pet food.
You can place a fish on the ground in front of your pet (at your own risk).

yeah, the pets are sort of linked to the char hence an unamed pet being called x\'s familiar but you are free to give away your ring as you wish.

Once a pet dies, you should need the ring to re-summon it. It\'s soul would return to the ring at death, but if you sold the ring, you couldn\'t resummon it.

Good idea aslong as other players can\'t just attack your pet to kill it
