So, I\'ve been playing my Ylikone character as the death realm librarian because I was getting this bug so often.  And I\'ve not had a single crash in the death realm.  So today I tried going \"up top\" with another character on this Linux computer and almost immediately got stuck again and couldn\'t get back into the game with that character.

For now, I will continue to play with an alternate character on my spare Windows computer if I want to go \"up top\", as I\'ve *never* had this bug come up in the windows client.    And I will continue to keep my Ylikone character in the death realm library on my linux client (until the next release, then maybe it\'s fixed).

One thing I wish the devs would put in is a \"/die\" or \"reset\" button on the login screen to the game.  That way, if you get stuck in a situation where you can\'t enter the game, you can always click \"/die\" and when the game loads you\'ll just be in the death realm starting spot again.  This feature couldn\'t even be abused, since you can type /die anytime during the game, so why not before the game?  Something for the developers to consider I think.

I had this problem once,
I just gave my pscfg to a friend and he moved my chart to plazza. And when i reconected, it was ok

No, he gave the file with his ID and password encrypted in it, so his friend could logon without knowing his pass.  Though, he could continue to logon afterwards... same thing as just giving actual ID and pass, really.

These crashes I was getting with my Linux client seemed to have cleared up as I haven\'t had any in a while even when exploring places outside hydlaa that used to almost always trigger a crash.

Both my caracters are stuck, they both crash as soon as u enter the world.
They are called Devy and Grabthar, is it possible to move them?

First my boyfriend made Grabthar and played a lil while and he got stuck. Then i created a new char on the same account, played for about an hour and then i died, went thru the death thingy and spawned and got stuck/crashed. My first login as that char tho as well as my bfs firt login with the other char.

Do make sure that you have everything updated, your game and graphics card drivers just in case. Next time you get some sort of crash, write down the error message that it gives you (since most of them do that), so that we can figure out exactly what\'s causing the crashes.

This is the error i get after joining the game. It happens nowhere, but in the arena. I don\'t want to ask for moving all the time, so i will try to avoid quitting ps beeing in the arena.

by the way: I\'m using linux and have everything possible updated.

I was told there would be a new client release after the server came up. I ran the updater, but all that\'s there is updater.exe, which isn\'t a new client. So, is the download file posted on the forums, or what?
