problem loading world!

please help!
when its nerly finished loading the world an error message comes up saying.
\"something unexpected happend in planeshift: crystal blue Details: exception_access_violation at 7C00724A

and is asking do i want to save a diagnostics file!
please help me with this i have been looking foward to playing planeshift for months!
have saved a dignostics please reply asap

Hiya! Make sure that you have sound disabled in PlaneShift\'s setup application. If you\'re on Windows, it\'s in Start -> Programs -> PlaneShift Crystal Blue -> PlaneShift Setup, and the last option under Sound Options.

ok! il do that now im lookin on past threads of the same problem i have their is an option with loading maps what do i do with that?

Right back at you! :) For loading maps: \"Load All Maps\" will eh.. load all maps as soon as you start the game client, and \"Keep Maps Loaded\" will load normally in the beginning, but as soon as you cross into another map, the previous will still be available without future loading times. It just eats more of your memory. You can keep both of those unchecked, which is the default.

ok i seam to be in t6he game now:) but i can only see my charecter and outher npc\'s what should i do with this problem?
And out of interest so i can help outher players with this problem! why does the sound being on efect you getting in game?

A very odd bug, is the best explanation I can give. Something in the code. But let\'s see: you can only see characters and NPCs, but not.. the ground? Buildings? Items? Have you tried updating your graphics card drivers?

Well i can see my charecter! and outher npc\'s but its all black i can see all the icon e.g bars on the top right hand corner and all the icons on the left side of the screen but every thing else seams to be black!?

ok its downloading now by downloading the new drivers this wont efect my pc ? like brake it in any way?

ok its downloaded and installed i have to restart my computer now  for changes to take place i will let u know if its worked in 10 mins thanks for being so helpfull!

ok iv downloaded the new drivers and its working fine except i cant seam to cancil any screens i click the X button on the right hand side of the pane but nothing will close any reason why this is happening?

But i have to say this game has the potentual to be the best mmorpg! once its full realese!
very nice looking game and friendly what more could u ask for?

any reason why i cant close any of the menus? the  X byutton doesnt seam to be workin any outher way of closeingthem! i also cant loot things the  item i try clickin on wont work plz help?
