When dealing with chaotically constructed posts I look at them as such. So to me it appears every part of sentence seperated by \"and\" is a different idea. Especially that otherwise it doesn\'t make much sense.

For behind the back chat, there could be texts displayed in the very bottom of the window. With many people talking behind your back you wouldn\'t know what the hell is going on, but that would add to realism ;)

Change color of what, then? Since that should be a separate wish :P
Special events + above-head conversation + changing colours of text.
Basically few ideas seen in other games.
Makes sense to me. Unless you have a better explanation.
