it's done as a forum feature i think, it can be easily done with invisionfree's... just make an if no posts have been posted in a month then move user to group inactive.

That's exactly the sort of thing I was suggesting. That way the website can pretty much maintain itself. I just find guild lists with dead guilds frustrating.

Maybe an email could be sent after inactivity in a month saying something like "You haven't logged in in a month, if you haven't in a week your guild will be deleted from the list" however i haven't logged in since i haven't gotten any need to edit it, threw members out others came in...

Ok, I will be implementing these good suggestions shortly.  And once again, if anybody has graphics or different template for me to use for the site, I will gladly accept it... I suck at graphics and design being mostly a PHP coder.
