In the game right now or when I longed on last and I also put this issue up in protions.  

The everone is not able to kill the npcs.  Also you can not tread with them or buy form them.  The only this you can do is clack on the eye button and see there info or stats.

Another thing is that we are unable to trade with other players.  

I know this may happen a lot.  But this to me seems like a bug.  You sould go in the game and investgate it to see if it is.

Sigh :) NPCclient, which handles NPC actions, is simply down. It happens now and then, but usually returns within a few hours.

Trading however has nothing to do with the NPCclient, and should be working fine.
