I don\'t normally lsiten to it, but when you are erging, about all you hear is the beat, so techno is one of the best things ot listen to. FOr running it keeps a steady pace, and you can adjust by changing the song

Violent Work Of Art, but that\'s more of industrial metal / hardcore.

I dont know exactly what you would consider heavy but you could try Overseer. Stompbox and Supermoves are the only techno songs I have that you could slightly consider heavy.

Traffic - DJ Tiesto
Adaigo for string- DJ Tiesto
Hard Techno - Benny Bennasi (I hate this song but its probably what youre looking for)
Hyperdrive - Trance[]Control
Bring Out The Dead - Trance[]Control
Psychotic Chaos - Trance[]Control
