What are you talking about? Also, keep in mind I believe the game is set in midevil times.

Yes, what are you talking about?

please try to explain things in more detail. And read the settings page on the website, and tell us exactly how this would fit into the world of Planeshift.

Actually the concept of buying low and selling high has been around since there were enough people on earth to haggle. An in-game stock market would be good for people who didn\'t want to make combatant characters. Could my Kran become an accountant? That would be funny as hell. (Kran comes crashing through the wall) WHAT THINK YOU DOING? TINY ELF LATE FOR 4:30 MEETING, KRAN SMASH!

Well, I think most people playing this game are trying to get away from boring real life jobs like being an accountant.  In midieval times do you think there were stock markets?  Or accountants?

Here here Aruneko!!

I play RP games to get away from the ordinary AND the aggravating, I have enough financial issues to deal with in the real world.

I know, I started reading Tolkien to get away from lifes bores, but I think you explained it best. To get away from reality. My reality is a sucky dead-end job at Sears. I want to have an Indiana Jones type Lemur. Smart, maybe misconstrewed as boring, but when treasure calls, he whips into action. Maybe not really a high Intelligence bonus game-wise, but learn alot of history, dungeon traps, and monster populace, and all that stuff. I suppose you could eveen call him an \"expert treasure hunter\" (thank you Gandalf).
