Its very good. If your going for total realism (which I dont think you are) ;however, watch out for the nose.
On the male it is very inorganic and solid looking. THere should be shadows under his eyebrows as well that define the eye lids, which you accomplished with the female. Also...what is the fist sticking out of the birds back?

Haha, I love the bird rider pic. the comedic value alone is awesome, I\'ve always wondered about all the pictures of the heroes and thier mighty steeds if theres ever any \"bad\" pictures out there, like the picture was drawn while the griffon was sneezing and pulling a wierd face or the like... or possibly when someones unicorn was going pee pee right in the middle of the shot.... yup I\"m rambling, andways love the works and I especially like the shading on the two faces, they look really nice and peaceful. keep it up etc ^^

Im going for mostly realism, and yeah im going to have to start using referances instead of just my twisted memories.
