Screen Problems

So when i let the start screen come up,it comes up like this

I cant move it to full screen,any way i can fix this?

Well...

to solve that, you\'d launch planeshift setup (start-all programs-planeshift-planeshift setup) and select a resolution that fits the one of your desktop (try 800x600 or greater, if all fails choose fullscreen, but normally you won\'t need to do that since commonly you\'ll have the desktop at 1024x768

Another thing you\'ll have to do is update:
Update the game first: Instead of selecting planeshift setup, click planeshift updater (recover mode) seems your version is quite old, and chances are that the updater may fail when trying to update from such a version to the current, perhaps you\'d consider downloading the whole client all again.

More things, if when updated (or having the newest version of Planeshift installed) you still see the menu like that, that is, without any letters in it, you\'d try updating your graphic card drivers.

Also do ensure you meet the requirements the game needs:

Minimum Requirements:

    * Windows 98, ME, 2000 or XP, Mac OS X 10.2.6, Linux, FreeBSD or Solaris
    * GeForce 2 or higher 3D graphics card
    * 1 Ghz CPU
    * 512 MB RAM
    * 1 GB free disk space
    * 56k modem Internet connection

Recommended Requirements:

    * Windows XP, Mac OS X 10.2.6, Linux or FreeBSD
    * GeForce 4 or higher 3D graphics card
    * 2 Ghz CPU
    * 1 GB RAM
    * 1 GB free disk space
    * Broadband Internet connection

EDIT: Sorry, I just realized that the screen turns like that when clicking \"credits\" button. Do ignore my suggestions about updating game and drivers if you\'re already using version 3.012, and concentrate on the resolution thing

It\'s a resolution issue, aye. Are you running at a 800x600 resolution? You really need to increase to 1024x768, at least :)

Yeah i chagned my resolution and it works fine now

But it cant find servers som im guessing thier down

There is only one server available, Laanx (or Fragnetics). It\'s just gone back up, so give it another try. If you still can\'t log in, check more stickies - it could be a firewall/router issue.

*edit* It seems to be going up and down a bit. If you\'re unsure of the status, there is a stickied thread in the Server section of the forums explaining how you can check this :)

Server is having some *minor* issues right now, so be patient and try again.

k thanks for the help

It connects to let me create character then it crashes saying server got disconnected,so i think it is going up and down.I\'ll try again in a few minutes

this is actually pretty funny. i can sit here listening to my music and refresh the server page repeatedly to watch all the people trying to log on, over and over again. i guess this means i too have no life, but its still funny
