Updater speed

Well I just downloaded the game, but the speeds I get on the updater are 1-2 kb/s, and it is pretty slow, is there any way to bump the speed up, or any alternate download site, thanks for the help.

Yes.  Some of the mirrors are a bit slow.  Read the updater sticky, and try switching to #3.  (you can just delete/comment out the other servers)

I cant connect to that server,and on the sticky it sayd I can download mannually from server #3, when I try to do so, it says it has exceeded its bandwith, can someone uplad the update on http://www.yousendit.com or something like that? it is taking me longer to update the game than to download the client

I\'m in the same situation right now. Although I havn\'t tried to remove the other mirrors, the updater tells me \"Mirror lacks a repository\" for all of them apart from the backup.

Can someone wich has succesfully downloaded the update, post it on http://www.yousendit.com or megaupload or  a web page of that kind?

Ack, sorry.  I didn\'t know #3 ran out of its bandwidth quota.  I think #2 was decent, but I guess you\'ll just have to deal with it being slow for a bit.  Just leave it running for a while, and go do something else.

try again dude, I closed the updater and opened again and it went up to 25kb/s a more decent speed

Unfortunately this is at the moment the situation with the mirrors for the updater and the bandwith.

If anybody can offer another mirror, contact Talad :-)
