When reporting bugs, are bugs related to the pssetup considered to be part of the client--at the bugtracker site?

In that special case, better tell the developers here first. When they know the details, they can tell you better, or it is just enough to be described here.

I would say that bugs related to pssetup are considered as client bugs. But search the forums first, perhaps it is already reported.

When it comes to BugTracker, almost everything is a \"client\" bug.  Someone made client and server categories long ago, but they\'re not really used and their sub-categories suck.  Often, it\'s hard to see where a bug is, anyway.  Just put it in client->misc I guess.
