whenever i click on the ps client it says an unexpected error occurred (error code -10810). please help because the setup works but not the client

Do you have the correct updater? You should run updater.jar OR updater-old.jar if you have one, and if not, read the READ BEFORE POSTING thread at the top of the forum. Running the updater might solve your problem, or it may have to do with another problem.
