Let me cut down what Tech Demo means

Tech Demo - Technical Demonstration n. Teknikal Diminstrashun -
 Demonstration of the Technical aspects of a Pre-Alpha MMORPG client.
 Demo, not full game, First release.
 No monsters, Just showing off the engine to the game.
If you read anything else you would relize what a tech demo is.

basically yes, this is just a tour with no monsters or anything, or any systems, and almost nothing compared to how big the world will be
