I am just now looking at the website, and gonna DL the game after i read a bit about it :: i just wanna know if a lot of people play here, or not? The forum has tons of replies so that looks promising... ^_^

Edit: i was under the impression I could buy this on-line 0_0 now im not sure where one goes to get it... *hides back in the FAQ*

Hi Severed, welcome to Planeshift

The current tech demo is Atomic Blue, which has been around for quite a while now - you won\'t find many people actually on there.

Your best bet is to wait a little while for the iminent next release - Molecular Blue - which will have a host of improvements and loads of people will be logged on to see it.

Unfortunately these are only tech demos, so no actual \'real\' playing goes on, just exploring, chatting etc. But it\'s cool to see things developing - look forward to seeing you there

EDIT: PS is a completely free project, you can download it here, but like I said you\'re better off waiting for a few weeks till the next release.

Yeah, it\'s a free download. that rocks.  I\'ll definately be around the forums, and i hope to see the next version soon when it comes out.

I hope it actually *does* come out tho -- unlike Blizzard and their (going on a year and 4 months now) mystery patch for diablo  X(

Maybe if I stay around long enough i\'ll get a better idea of what kind of game this is going to be ^_^

Welcome to the forums, Severed Hope! That\'s an interesting name, too.... Better than mine, but I\'ll stick with a \'Wormtail\' in my name as... tradition.  

Anyways, it\'s good to see that you read the FAQ! I don\'t think much people do, from what I\'ve read. As long as you don\'t just hide in there and actually read what\'s there, then I\'m happy. I think. Anyways, welcome!

Im not a grim sort of guy, but i got this name through my girlfriend:

She is japanese, and used to have some STRANGE ideas about the english language... she sprung this sentence on me once:

\"Hopefully all are severed from it\" -- and by that she meant, \"I\'d like some more tea, please\"

Don\'t ask.  It was early in the morning, and she has morning-brain-yawn-syndrome.

Anyway, I get Severed Hope from her ^_^ I used to be \"Aardvark\" before I met kieko!
