Yeah, you can go to Planeshift Setup and change the Multisampling (Antialiasing) meter to somewhere around 16. They shouldn;t look so sharp after that. If they still do, try to raise the meter to 32, 64, etc.

zanzibar: did you try Qemu? It emulates a whole PC, and it\'s even fast enough to play some Windows games (not all games... and not as fast as a real PC, of course). For DOS games, it should be good enough.

Btw. I found that playing PS in a window of 1280x960 works nicely for me, because my screen is set to 1280x1024, and then the PS window + title bar + KDE task bar fits exactly :)
