Couldn't init Cel Manager
« on: March 02, 2006, 04:01:49 am »
Greetings.  I\'m running Mandriva 2005 LE.

I manually downloaded from CVS and compiled Cal3D, Crystal Space, CEL, and Planeshift.  Everything compiled without errors.  However, when I try to run my compiled Planeshift binary, I receive the following error message:

crystalspace.pluginmgr.loadplugin:
  could not load plugin \'cel.physicallayer\'
Couldn\'t load plugin for PlLayer.

Initialize
:
FATAL ERROR: Couldn\'t init Cel Manager.
psEngine destroyed.
Segmentation fault

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks :).

Hello.

Have You set environmental variable CEL properly (it should point to the directory containing compiled CEL files) ? If yes: is there file stdphyslayer.so in the directory specified by $CEL variable ? If no: You have not compiled CEL properly.
