Weird bird looking things.

I have found some strange bird/chicken looking NPC monsters that I can\'t attack even when the NPC server is up. What the heck are those things? And why can\'t I attack it.

And they always have strange names.

O.o I think you are talking about the familiars aka groffels. No you cannot attack them. They belong to players in the game. I have one named Nibbles. I think in the future they will be able to aid their masters in fighting/waring till then, they are just pets. Not much you can do with them.

hopefully in the future the groffles will be able to take an activre role in combat along side you, at least i think thats the plan anyway

Well ok so nibbles is known as aka spazmo at times but so far she is nibbles today.
