i was just starting to play and went to the library, i think it is joses  (i am so new i dont know all places names)
then i got this error 0041ac3b

so maybe somebody can help me getting out,

my character is necromagus, (or necromagvs, i can`t see very well if i wrote it with \"u\" or with \"v\" sorry )

i will try with another character while it get fixed

(stupid me, instead of posting a reply i created two new threads :( , sorry about that)

When I try too start the PS client it says: Something unexpected has happened: Crystal Blue details: EXEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at 0000005E


WTF is wrong? Because of that, neither the updater, nor restore mode, nor setup works. My option now is too delete the client and reinstall...

You have to update, and you have to either post in an appropriate thread for your issue (this isn\'t it) or make a new one. If you are having problems with updating to our latest client version, it would be easier for you to uninstall, and download 0.3.013 for a fresh install.

I didn\'t get the problem before I updated. I could enter the client, but not the game before the update. When I updated, I got this problem, and now both the updater and the recover mode has crashed, it won\'t connect too any mirrors, nor let me enter the login screen... this was really bad, as I like this game very much.


EDIT: Tried too uninstall. It won\'t let me, it says the uninstaller crashes when I run it, because of the same error.

EDIT 2: It seems too be a full client crash after the update, it has messed up everything, even the setup file...


EDIT 3: That smiling anime cat is damn annoying in this thread... >_> seriously.

Try running Windows in safe mode and uninstalling again. If that doesn\'t work, just delete your PS directory. That\'s pretty much how the uninstaller works, anyway, and then installing the newer version shouldn\'t give too many problems, if any at all.

[edit2] My PC don\'t \"support\" safe mode... it crashes in it...
