Client on Mac
« on: March 11, 2006, 02:44:21 pm »
I have a problem before installing the game (or updating) on my mac.

I can\'t either open Updater, psclient, or any of those programms which allow you to play. When i open them, it starts opening then quit for an unknown reason.

I have a G5 with a very good connection, a very good computer...

Where is the error?

Thanks for your answers.

I cannot update with updater because it doesn\'t work! I can\'t correctly open the updater...

Or is there another way to update then through the program..?

You\'ll need to get the package via Bittorrent or direct download from the Downloads page, then get a copy of the fixed zoneinfo.xml because (at least as of yesterday) the one in the package was borked. If you use the Forum Search feature (one of those yellow buttons at the top of the page) you should be able to find the relevant thread, or you can manually page through the In-Game Issues subforum to find the thread - or I suppose you could have someone email you, it\'s not a big file. Anyway, the zip you\'re after is 0.3.013_zoneinfo.zip - it\'s good on all platforms.
