It was said, 2 hours... ok. What was meant with that, besides taking it as an estimated time? Basically, that it was an issue that was going to be solved, in a relative short period of time. It has been solved, it seems.
You\'ve to understand that when someone says 2 hours there\'s no intention for it being 2 hours... you think that if they had solved the issue earlier, they\'d have been sitting, looking at a watch waiting for the 2 hours to pass in order to be exactly precise in the timing?
Normally time estimations aren\'t given, and with reactions such as yours, taking those announcements as universal law, you aren\'t precisely helping for the next time the server goes down, sooner or later it will, be given an estimation on how severe the issue is, thus, how much it could take to be solved.
Welcome information, and keep in mind that, whenever it comes to reinstallations/hardware issues, times given are merely estimations, yet they do provide info.
