graphic problems

When i go in my account or in the game, all is fine, except that the graphisms are very poor( as in this topic: http://www.planeshift3d.com/wbboard/thread.php?threadid=22597&boardid=33&styleid=3&sid=f1512362166112879c55bca4ca5a0ebd)
the only thing that i have found is this in the console:
 crystalspace.canvas.openglwing:
             No hardware acceleration!

and it said it when i load the game(during the loading)

can you help me please? (sorry for my english but i\'m french)

Under Windows or Linux? And - which graphic card do you have *exactly*?

I think you don\'t have the most proper drivers for your graphic card.
Try to update them.
