Ensure that the file you downloaded has .exe extension and it has a size of: 276.508.676 bytes

Also, check if your comp meets the minimum requirements:
Minimum Requirements:

    * Windows 98, ME, 2000 or XP, Mac OS X 10.2.6, Linux, FreeBSD or Solaris
    * GeForce 2 or higher 3D graphics card
    * 1 Ghz CPU
    * 512 MB RAM
    * 1 GB free disk space
    * 56k modem Internet connection

Recommended Requirements:

    * Windows XP, Mac OS X 10.2.6, Linux or FreeBSD
    * GeForce 4 or higher 3D graphics card
    * 2 Ghz CPU
    * 1 GB RAM
    * 1 GB free disk space
    * Broadband Internet connection
Are there any MoonSeekers left?

Actually, you probably have the same file size.  276,508,676 bytes is actually about 263.7 megabytes.  Contrary to popular belief, in data terms the metric system does NOT go up by thousands.  It goes up by 1024, which is 2 to the power of 10.  We usually just use the estimate of 1000, but when we get into the megabyte range we begin to notice the roundoff error.  So, based on this, I\'d guess you have the right file.
