Quick question

I have a quick question here. About when will PS be complete, and be out of testing mode?

Seeing as how this is a hobby project, asking \"when\" about anything is nearly impossible. People do this in their free time, and who knows how much free time they have, or will have. We probably won\'t be in beta for a while, seeing as how this is just version 0.3 now. There is no \"out of testing mode,\" since everything will always expand and evolve and the dev team will always require testing of sorts, but aye - when it\'s a more \"complete\" game (say 1.0?) there will be less bug-hunting and more enjoying.

When? Well, several years ;)

I see planeshift being very similar to technology itself. As long as the crystal space engine keeps inproving and the devs keep upgrading and implimenting new things, there will be no end. Sorta like how computers are always continously improving and will do so till the end of time.

So in a kinda sense, PS will continue to evolve for the rest of time, which isn\'t a bad thing if you ask me :)

No no, \"Soon (TM)\" refers to sometime when a feature will be implemented. \"Someday (TM)\" is WAAAAAAAAY beyond that.
