Are crefts ababel yet.

Just asking. becaues there was a new update.

If so why can\'t people use them, or do you have to learn them from a trainer.
Why should I speak, if no one speaks?  Why should I approach, if no one approaches?  Why should I hear, if no one hears?

Is crafting available yet?
I\'m just asking because of the new client release.

I am attempting to write up a guide since the base system is in place but it is a bit complicated to understand without a GUI wrapped around it.

Lol, he should use spellchecker in MS word or something, it would make him more understandable.

@Acraig: So crafting is actually in the game? Wow, that\'s nice.
When I logged into the game the last time I used /craft but I got an empty GUI, so I figured it wasn\'t in yet.

Yes, the base system is there but at the moment it\'s very complex to do without some instruction.  We will have to figure out the best way to present the information to the players.

For now I will layout the steps invovled so people can test the base system to work out any flaws there.   There are numerous steps before actually making the end item.  It works basically in these steps

1) Collecting the raw materials
2) Refinining the raw materials into base materials
3) Skilled labour to turn those base materials into item components
4) Skilled labour to assemble those item components into final products.

2-4 required players to have particular items ( like a hammer or a riveter ) and seek out the required work items in game like the forge and anvils.

I will work up a full example soon.

Since you speak about players testing the system I\'m assuming those required items are available in-game?

That\'s what I have to check.  I will do the write up based on my character on Laanx ( without using admin tools to create the items I need )

That way I will know if anything is missing.

Thanks Acraig, it will be really cool to be able to craft a bit :)
Once the GUI is more in place you should make crafting more necessary, for example 1-2 slash swords should only be sold by NPC\'s, anything stronger should be crafted. But you\'ll sort it out, I\'m confident.  8)
