What do you do to relieve stress?

Play frisbee or ball with the dog before walking though the door
Have a weak drink (not every day O.o)
Take a long bath with a book and some candles >.>
Then my favorite dinner (though favorites change from time to time)
Watch a new movie then an old favorite :>
Go to bed early and just day dream before I fall asleep

go for a walk with a friend.

and a hint if your angry with your computer, grab an axe and smash it into a log/stump/tree for about 10 hits and honestly you will not feel angry

I\'m not exactly sure what the definition of a weak drink is, but I\'ll have a few shots once in a while.  More common is reading, going on walks, talking to friends, playing guitar, or sitting down and watching a movie or a favourite television show.  Computers games are fun, but I see them more as a way to veg out than something I do when I want to relax.  I play enough of them to put them on the list though; Daggerfall is working on my computer again despite the occasional crash, and I\'m loving it.

stress is a state of mind.. if you dont tink about the things that are stressing you, your not stressing ;)

so if you are stressing about something tink about something else and your not stressing anymore...

heh does that make sense?!
