Helping With RP

I was wondering if you guys could help me in-game with my character. As a role-player, he is supposed to be a Naruto type character(in this case, the annoying trouble-maker type). Here is a quote from the Read Me:

-We may, at our discretion, torture your character, wipe your character, or publicly mock your character as necessary.  Be prepared.  Wear duct tape.

This may be mocking to myself already(hahaha) but I was wondering if you would use that to publicly mock my character Erotate Fenkin. It will do two things: Show those who don't know the least of what  you guys can do if someone is really trying to be annoying OoC, and it will help my RP. It seems self centered.....but please do not look at it that way. If it's too much I completely understand.

People would have to know who your character is to mock 'im :> Besides, RP shouldn't be forced or pre-planned to such detail if it's not an official GM event, or storytelling session, etc.

I've seen plenty of incidents where GMs have mocked characters who they barely know.  Hasn't happened in a while though.
