Everyone who believes that kind of stuff isn't really....smart, to say the least.
I remember that when the comet of Haley Bob (that's the right name, right?) passed Earth a group of people committed mass suicide. They literally believed Haley Bob was their ride to heaven. Anyway, stay away from websites who publish that kind of junk.

The comet was Hale-Bopp, and that group of people was "Heaven's Gate."

if it's being distributed in PDF, then you know it's silly :p

PDF is fine... I've seen a lot of utter nonsense distributed by other means etc. as well.
Several examples come to mind, including HTML, and CNN.   

Choice of medium notwithstanding, I agree... the content is silly

i can't wait till friday. Nividia get a number of the newspaper urban and read the article on the back of the paper, a comedian(anders lund madsen)makes fun of theese scientists who says the world is goign to end. Pretty funny. He wrote about it 2 weeks in a row
