keat: \"Save to Disk\" is the same thing (depends on your OS). Select that option.

b4b00ns: You\'ve done everything written on the first page of this guide and it still doesn\'t work?

Just double-click psclient(.app) and it should work. Enjoy! :)

Do the process over from the beginning and make sure you follow each direction EXACTLY. Remember, only do (a) or (b) in the steps that have two options, not both.

I\'ve had repeated problems with the lightmaps and -relight has had only limited success. Is there any way to modify PS so that it lauches with -nolightmapping from a double click? I\'d rather not have to launch it from the terminal every time if there\'s another way.

Good to hear. I did a little testing on my TiBook (with -nolightmapping, actually), but I wasn\'t sure how it would work on other computers. Thanks for the report. :)

what does it mean by write arguments. I dont get it. do i like yell something and type it.

*merged by dfryer*

i found out about the arguments.  I got to the game.  The game loaded and a song started.  I tried to log in then bam it crashes.  IT says the same thing unexpectedly quits.  I tried it again and this time the game unexpectedly quits on me before log in screen comes in.

First of all, don\'t dou- err, triple-post.
Second of all, this belongs in it\'s own thread. Why do people keep cluttering this thread, why?
Third of all, would you mind posting a log from Console?
(Open /Applications/Utilities/Console(.app), clear the log, run Planeshift, and copy the text that appears in the log to the forum here.)

I would just like to agree with Chaos, posts in this thread should only contribute to the running of PlaneShift on the Mac, and deal with problems posted in the instructions.
