Emporium Raid quest help?

I need help with this quest, it has like no help on who to talk to, and what to do, what do i do to start with?

We are a lot to try to do this quest, but it is broken

(understand me, there may be a way to finish it : hack into the server to find the correct "magic sentece" : we have tried all the sentence that could be deduced by the humain brain from the datas of the quest, and we are all stuck at the same point)

I am confused on who I am suposed to talk to anyways?

i talked to zak, he told me about the "you have been marked", now do I just go talk to that shop owner again?

quick response, you might want to stop asking as no one will tell you on the public forums, its against the rules.

Why doesn't any one read the rules?

This quest is doable, but very buggy. I had to restart the quest 3 times before being able to complete it.
The problem with this quest is talking to a NPC with bad dialogs. But if you ask around a little bit (ingame ofcourse) and keep trying it is most certainly doable.

All I will say is the Emporium Raid quest can be completed, I have done it three times now.
