What's the deal with this Ring of Familiar Summoning I put so much effort into?

Seriously, it doesn't do anything, I dont' ahve a familiar at all...

Do I need more intelligence or something, it something about my ability to maintain a familiar waning.  That's crazy.

some commands you can do with your pet

/pet summon
summons pet

/pet dismiss
put your pet away

/pet follow
makes your pet follow you wherever you go, but if it stops at you you can't do it anymore you will have to resummon it

/pet name firstname lastname
gives your pet a name, replace firstname with your pets firstname and lastname with his lastname (don't write a lastname if you don't want him to have one)

stuff you can do with your pet

target him and talk with him

feed him (heard something about pies but never tried it myself)

rightclick him and press the eye to view his stats, i haven't find out how to attack with it yet although i have seen a groffel take down a tefusang though

Or... you could have just told him what I did, since "/pet" gives a comprehensive and self-explanatory list of all the different commands.
