Howdy how,

Thanks for the replies everyone, I'm glad you liked it. And so the journey continues...

After having followed Cherppow Greywood's hopeless travel for some time, Miry Mistwind has become convinced that the man is totally lost in the vast wilderness. She approaches...

Nothing like a good first impression. :)

A most unbeliveable turn of events, the blindfold seems to work perfectly! Cherppow is left completely unaware of the "frightening truth".

Until... Unfortunately, Miry is well trained in the ancient arts of elven magics, and has no trouble reading the century old chants. Unfortunately, again, Miss Mistwind is also well known for her great talent to act before thinking. Very unfortunate indeed...

As the magical words are spoken aloud, the energies bound in the old linen are released! With a thundering sound the duo is engufed in a cloud of smoke. There was also a carrot.

The screen of dust slowly dissipates and Miry stumbles back up. To her horror she realizes that she has completely ruined the priceless enchanted linen, which wasn't even her property.

However, someone else is far more horrified of the sight... To be continued. :)

There was some rush about comics lately and the above is so obviously an example :)
Why there is only one comic on main site? ;P Cherppow, you know how to amaize people ;)

Hi again :)

Thanks for the comments everyone.

To LARAGORN: An interesting idea. For now though, this is just a hobby. :)

To mirey: I only just noticed Miry is pretty close to Mirey. I hope you're not offended. :)

To Akaye: :D The next one can be a bit dramatic, so hold on tight.

To Croconil: These are 100% Gimp 2 works. For the two more detailed Miry shots, I used photo reference image, while the rest of the pics are pure freehand.

Sorry, I've been pretty busy, so only quicks this time. The smoke screen dissipates, and reveals the true state of things. Severely shaken by the magical explosion, the hero lies unconscious! Well, one of them at least. The other is too panic'd to loose consciousness.

Gathering her wits, Miry quickly realizes her responsibility in this situation...

Oh my... did she really...?

Phew, that was a close one. But will a simple healing potion revive our hero? And what will happen if it does? To be continued. :)
