There once had been one. Unfortunately at a very unlucky place. So it was quickly removed after a heap of complaints (evil warriors could easily siege a town and slaughter all newcomers on tour...).

When was this, Gag? I don't remember a PvP area...and I've been playing over a year, surely I would have noticed...unless it was in MB. Were you even around then?

Well believe it or not, you missed out on something. It doesn't matter how long you have been playing. There was for a very short period of time a pvp area.

It was on the path between the Korogan gate (the jade-green passage through a stalag) and the bamboo forest in front of Ojaveda. With some baddies there, no newcomer could leave Ojaveda without being killed and sent back to the tents.

We should probably set another open-PvP region somewhere in the arena.  The problem is, we need some sort of notification of entering so people can be warned.
