You need to have your 5 founding members in the guild within the first 5 minutes.  If you don't meet the minimum requirements in time, you'll get auto-disbanded by the system.  The 20,000 tria fee is not refunded.

And when you done that your guild should only be 33.3333333.....% finished.. It is wery important to know what your guild should be about so it wont turn ooc... And it is also important to make a website: www.freehostia.com should have everything [+100mb space, 10mbmysql, php5, pearl, front page(but, dont use it), and if you really are a newbie you can use their package installer witch can actually install SMF in about 30 seconds]

Actually I would suggest to work the other way around, first make your guild on paper. Create the concept, think about what makes them unique, what your guild has to offer to the community, etc. Write up a guild history, ranks and maybe even start on a website.

If you want some good examples just take a look in the Guilds section of these forums.

As soon as you have worked all that out it will be a lot easier to create your guild in-game so all you still have to do is find some members to start your guild with.

Tyrnal Relhorn, Captain of the Vaalguard
Thromdir Shoake, Merchant
Giorn Kleaver, Miner.

It's definitely easier to find members when you already have your guild thought-out. If you make an interesting post in the Guild section, well-organized and unique, it may draw a lot of eyes, and thus you won't have to run around searching for people to be your other first four nearly as much :}
Judge: Are you trying to show contempt for this court, Mr Smith?
Smith: No, My Lord. I am attempting to conceal it.
