A few details might help:

What operating system are you using?
What bit-torrent client are you using?
Have you got a port forwarded for your torrents? (http://www.portforward.com will help you out)
Have you got a firewall blocking traffic?
Can you 'see' seeds and leechers?
(And as Steuben says, make sure you got the latest torrent off the planeshift.it site)

If other torrents are working fine, and you're connectable (ie. a port is forwarded), then you may have a problem. Otherwise be patient, and some data will start trickling in your direction :)

If you have a firewall or router, you have to make sure that bittorrent can make the necessary connections - it's often necessary to do some port tweaking to make sure that there are no NAT problems. If you do have a firewall/router, take a look at bittorrent documentation for further help.

Ok, so now I've got some connection but I can't get more then 6kb/s , and that's going really slow...

*edit*

I also can't figure out what port number thing I need.

I went to that portforward place, and I clicked on bittorrent but it gave me this huge list and I have no idea which one to pick.

Please avoid posting two or more successive posts before others have replied. Just edit your last post to add new information. Thanks! --Karyuu

This huge list is a list of many different routers. You will have to scroll around and locate your own model, after which you will get further instructions. You will have to choose whatever port you would want to use for BT - a port between 10000 and 60000. Again, just locate your router model and go from there.
