Good beginning, the 1:38 part is good yes, but it got boring after about 2:30 when the guy starts grunting, when he stopped at about 9:00 it got better again. If they skipped the whole grunting part it would be pretty cool song.

Not really.  It's really generic now given how much NoFX has exploded..  Am I supposed to like it just because it's about troubled youth and suicide?

I do really like the song "self esteem" by them though.

Self Esteem rocks! I listened too much to it....no you really can't. 
You can clearly hear it's inspired by Nirvana's Smells Like Teen Spirit, that's probably why I like it.
