as with all beta/alpha/test demos/whatever, these things are common.  And they are most certainly know.  Perhaps you have spefic details about the crashes or slowness?  Problems can't be fixed with out details.

All these messages like "PLEASE HELP ME" are like a radio broadcast from someone on a sinking ship who is saying "Come and get me" and doesn't say where he is.  There are a lot of dead sailors because of that omission.

Don't be a dead sailor...  throw us a bone and give us the info, and we'll try to help.  If you want the Navy to come find you, you have to tell them where you are.  If you want the devs to respond to your cries here, you have to tell us what you did and the specs on your machine, etc.  If you only get silence and no dev answers here, you probably didn't give us the information to help you.
