Here is a little information about the Sentinels guild, our website URL is below. We currently have 43 members and are seeking more active members.

I fail to see what's the diffrence between your guild and other good guilds as the Defenders or The Champions of Yliakum.

I think the guards defending the weak bit is the single most unoriginal thing one could think of. The maps should be put into members, and the story and whatever isn't exactly the best. Speaking of unoriginal, nice name ^^, but hey, noone has an original name these days.

Hint: I doubt you're gonna rp it, and unless you do, there isn't anything to defend.

There was a guild who was RPing bandits on oja road.  They stopped me, looked at my description, then declined to fight.

So there is something to defend people from, but not very much... and kinda nothing, since all PVP is volountary.

Well actually I think guards are something very fitting in a medieval setting. At those times almost every decent settlement had their own lawmen, usually nothing more than a selfproclaimed rabble. However I agree that guards to protect the weak is very basic and rather unoriginal.

Maybe you could pick out a territory, or something more specific to guard and create some sort of basic code of law? It'll at least give your guild a bit more depth.

Why does every guild have to be original?

When it really comes down to it, they are all the same.

It is his guild, he can do what he wishes with it.

If he wants to have the 1000000th guild to protect people, then so what.

As long as he is successful, has fun, and keeps his members happy, then who really cares?

Do what makes you happy Malfini.  As long as no one is hurt,, much.   

As for those maps.  They are all over the net.  I boosted the same ones from another guild site for the templars.  I've done the same for quest solutions, trainer locations etc.  They are all over if you know where to look.

Thank you Osmo. You are a very nice man. I took the maps off the website cause something came up and i had to talk to a GM about something and learned through conversation that we aren't allowed to have maps in public places even if we have a disclaimer. I had to change my guild name though cause a GM told me that i had to change it cause "Elite Guard" is used in Unreal Tournament even though i don't understand what the big deal is. Elite guard was used long before UT and will be used long after UT. But I changed the name to Sentinels. As for the difference between guilds I just want to have a guild of good guys and I don't see a problem with that. I agree with Osmo I don't see why so many people are so picky with everything but that is their right to be picky. I just don't share their philosophy.

Well original or not it is nice to see another guild formed, it just shows how much people love planeshift and want to make their mark in it.  I wish you the best Malfini. Congratulations on your new found guild.

Thank you Zorbels that is very kind of you, I appreciate it. However my guild isnt new it is at least 8 months old, it use to be known as "The Balance" but its name has changed a few times. We have 43 members right now. I just posted information on my guild because i hadn't posted anything about it on the forums yet. Thank you for your kind words though. May you prosper Zorbels.

I always wondered wha happened to "The Balance" and now I know.  Well it is about darn time you posted on the forums. *grins* Thank you for informing me with the correct information and congratulations on your guild being around for eight months.
