New maps would be most welcome if not well we won't be losing anything.I hope something is done about the random crashes as they are very off-putting and i will probaly hear " it's still in dev yadda yadda yadda "  but things like that should be high priority on the to do lists.

Woot!
A new update means (hopefully) that  :@#\ freeze bug will be gone and I will not crash every 50 minutes.
Now that, in itself, will be sweeeeet!
Was a bug in CS.  Yes, fixed.

I never encountered such a problem.... though it shouldn't be a problem unless your client restarts all the time...

I just hope I don't log in to see

I've used all three of the torrents you suggested and more that are not worth mentioning (utorrent, bitcommet and Azureus) i have to say Azurues is the best as long as your comp can handle java bitcommet is not as good as it use to be it seems as if its getting buggier and i have serious seeding problems with it utorent is ok it's just not for me and azurues is the only one that can max my upload speed the others can only max my download thats why i use it i love to seed to my max

sorry, i don't mean to bring the topic back to torrent downloaders, but noone seems to use edonkey (or emule for linux). im just saying :) you can unlimit your up and download speeds and i think its better than azureus.

anyway, the reason im posting is i was wondering if for the first couple of weeks its going to take a really long time to download, cause only a few people will have it on their machines at first, right? so we will have to wait for them to be online, and even then there will be like, i dunno, the entire population of Yliakum trying to download from one poor guy's computer.

i might be way off here, it was just a thought I was having,

It depends on a few things.  If you are lucky enough catch it very early (and I don't know since I have never had that happen) your dl speed will be limited to the upload speed of the initial seeder.  Again, I am assuming we start with a single seeder?  Once a few people have finished it and keep seeding it, it will depend more on your isp speed.  If you have a broadband connection, it will likely go faster.  For me it usually took about 90 mins for preivous versions.  It also depends on the size of the file...not sure how big this one will be compared to the other versions before it.

Same here! Can't wait to play the game. Any idea how many updates it will take to even get it to beta? Lots and lots and lots, right? Or is it more a question of years?

We're still at major version 0.3 right now (minor .015), so not even 1.0. Beta would probably be.. 0.5+, maybe? It's going to take a few years :)
