found this article in gamasutra, kinda interesting :P

but personally i tink he's way overexageration towards heavy RP'ing.

It will be interesting to see what his project brings forth.

PS is definatly an RPing game with the interactive story telling done with co-opperating RPers. I guess for his style of game there will have to be strick guidlines of a story and a player would just work of that. ???

from what i got from it, all interaction within the game is made with chat "commands" obtained from the verbs in phrase senteces. the idea has its merit but definetly hes pushing it way to much oriented to one side. probably the game will end up by being way to hard to work with the mechanisms
