Odessa...just got back on to see your posts. I would have come up from the basement of the magic shop to greet you but after the action with Levrus, I felt that I should wait before posting more on my end to see how others further the story.... I will eventually get Xylaal up the stairs though (we could meet you then. if you want  ) but also like Zorbels said, going to find the camp is an option too...what ever you want to do...your writing style is very fresh! C'mon and play more if you can

I have Odessa moving into and through the wooded hills, its about a 2 hour travelling distance so I guess she's bound to encounter someone... or something  .  I like to gradually work in my characters with a little intro, dance, song etc lol.

Were all feeding off each others imagination here... its so inspiring and refreshing.

Zorbels hears Farren dragging Spetyco up as close to the fire as he can. "What happened to him?" she looks at Farren with a confused expression and awaits him to answer.

Farren catches Spetyco as he falls. "Spetyco? Oh dear..." he says, concern on his face. He heaves the other into his arms, barely being able to hold the weight and still move properly, and heads towards the magic shop.

So should I change my post? It came before yours Farren. I am not sure why you missed it but I can change it or you can change yours. Let me know.

ok, just added room for another villain... so far it's just Zhai's conclusion it doesn't have to be that way but i thought the book should conjure a far more powerful creature than an ulber... just a thought. so, i suggest we have the one who actually stole the book from Levrus and the one who sent the ulbers. Let me know what you think. 

*edit: oh, spetyco, i think this fits pefectly with your last post now (the conversation with your other self)!

This is how things are playing out with Spetyco.  There is an evil conjurer, who's history we've yet to uncover, who is after the book.  Spetyco is somehow linked with this conjurer, again yet to be revealed, and he discovered this conjurer's plan to steal it.  In order to protect it he steals it himself.  It seems that Spetyco is the only one who can wield the power of the book, and since he will not bow to this conjurer, the evil one's plan is thus to take over Spetyco's body.  He needs time to prepare to do this, so he first steals Spetyco's memory to put him out of comission before he takes over his body.  He doesn't know Spetyco has already stolen the book, so he conjures a pack of ulbers to retrieve the book.  Then we all run into the ulbers, and so on...

Secondly if you read the posts Hoki is a fair way away from the original camp with Lady Z and the others and since you just walked into that one asking about the book you can't be talking to him

Spetyco has gained all of his memories back.  He is good after all, or at least mostly.  He usually has the good of Yliakum in mind in all he does, but he is willing to bend the rules, or even break them.  He will do what others might consider distasteful things for the greater good.  And thus he has knowledge of the dark way of magic.
Is this realistic?  I don't want my lack of knowledge of PS to interfere with the RP'ing reality of the story.  Thanks for your input thus far helping me shape Spetyco's character.

I have sent a PM to Andrek requesting that he change his posts and fit them into the story. I had sent him a pm prior to this one about his first post. It is obvious he didn't change it. If he decides to not change them, I wonder is I should have them deleted? Well it isn't just my decision as this isn't just my story. Sooooo.....

I would like to take a group vote and if you could all send me a PM saying ya or nay I would really appreciate it.
