about the DR...right before you enter the portal to...wherever...life, i guess...i once saw a monster(this was the only time i had ever played the game and it was for like 20 mins at a friend's) anyway i saw this monster and my friends had never seen a monster there b4...are there supposed to be monsters in DR?

also, i went exploring in DR and there were two ways i could go. they were right past the portal or around there somewhere. where do they lead?

It was a carkarass.  Basically a little flying mini-dragon thing.  Only spawns in the DR, and it's prone to falling out of sight.

You could just go in-game after the update is ready and go exploring, no need to ask this stuff.
And about the monsters: DR means Death Realm, of course all sorts of hideous monsters would lurk in there.

And yes, the Carkarass tends to get lost  ;D
I can remember it was once stuck inside the portal for weeks.

You mean by the exit portal where there are stairs going up either side?  Well at present -- who knows what will be in the future -- they just lead to another platform which really doesn't go very far.  So you're not really missing much but it can make a good hiding spot.   ;)

You know, as a member of the Explorers Guild, you should encourage people to go exploring themselves instead of just telling them this ;)

Of course, and I encourage it too, but is it that hard to just take the stairs on the left of the portal and check out what's there instead of asking?
If this guy would be running around Ojaroad for weeks without being able to actually find Ojaveda, that would be a bit different.

Anyway, good luck exploring the Death Realm and Yliakum!

A dragon?... In Yliakum?... I knew it! I knew there were dragons although everybody denied it's existence because they've never seen one! But now proove is given... there are dragons in Yliakum... well, only one, but still...

Since there are no dragons in Yliakum, characters cannot make connections to them. Calling a carkarass a dragon is going OOC, unless your character comes from another plane where such things exist.

well you never know they may add em in the near future after all its not even a  :beta: yet if they is gonna be some theyd probally be on the lower levels of ylaikium :P

Come to think of it, we seem to pefectly allow mythical animals from other mythos' so long as our versions are miniaturized.  :D
