Bosses?

Hi all, i already downloaded and installed the game, but i havent played it. So i wanna ask that are bosses(or will be) in the game? :innocent:

No bosses yet, and in the future NPC groups (tribes) will probably have a central leader.

There aren't really bosses in the sense like in other games but there are creatures which are a whole lot stronger than the rest of their kind. One example I can think of is the Tefusang 'king', who is a whole lot stronger than all the other tefusangs. A creature like that would require a decent group to defeat it unless you're extremely powerful. So you could consider it a boss .. downside is that it won't offer any special rewards for defeating it.

Wow. I hadn't considered bosses to be a part of PS just because it just doesn't have the feeling for it.  I guess I think Mario Brothers though, since I'm a noob at the MMORPG realm myself. (PS being the only MMORPG I've ever played... but what other one would you need?) Bosses sound very cool though.  I'm looking foward to it.  Thanks for the info everyone. ^.^

Like, a special monster in a remote location with a interesting reward would be great. The monster would have to not respawn every minute though, more like every hour or two.

Since we're on the subject of Drey and bosses, I felt this was appropriate for the following reasons:

1) Drey likes WoW.
2) This happened in WoW
3) Drey likes leading a strong boss type creature in the game to a noob village in PS and watching massive death and destruction.
4) This is the same thing done in WoW.

Only difference here is, where as in PS it was made into an event when it happened, in WoW, the devs had to shut the server down and rollback the server 3 hours.
