IMHO:  "in my honest opinion"

variation of IMO - "In my opinion"

also sir Prog, it would help if you give examples of abbreviations you have questions about so we can see it used in context.  Without this, many abbreviations can stand for different things.

Edit for response of lower post:  Ah yes, I forgot that one. good catch.

I'm guessing RS = Rune Scape and PLs = PowerLevelers ... no idea about the rest either.

I use RS sometimes for short of saying RuneScape, when talking about that game, but again, I suggestwe wait for Progie to give us context.   :)

I know CPs are what you spend when creating a character...

hmmm
JBB= Jaundiced Bone Bracer (whtever that means....)

bst may be a time zone from what i can gather....

Far.... Ummm.... could be Farren's name abbreviated... or could be that your vocabulary is missing the word far.. (i'm doubting it's for farcape)

Only thing I can think of for BST is "British Summer Time" which is the same thing as DST, "Daylight Savings Time", in America.  Just a 1 hour shift forward in time during the summer to pretend we're conserving energy.

Whenever you have problems with abbreviations, use this one:
http://85.214.38.153/main.php?language=en&style=standard

PS: BST is also the airport code for Bost in Afghanistan :P
Bet you didn't know that... yeah me neither...
The internet is "the terrorists'" most important weapon, they say.
Wrong.
Fear is their most important weapon.
Ours is our freedom.
