try pausing/inpausing or reannouncing every 3-4 minutes or so..  It's helping a lot for me,

Do NOT update your client.

The update servers WILL mess up your Client.

Read DAVE's Sticky.

So after i installed .015  I didn't update, as per his instructions.

i'm in game right now.

I'm downloading the Windows Client of PS 0.3.015 even though I need the Mac OS X Client to play....
