Death Realm and crashes and weird grass oh my!

as soon as  ps was done loading death realm it crashes i re tried and i got the same result
prosseser:AMD Semptrom 3000+
Graphics card: Ge Force FX 5200
Graphics Driver: EAGA Version 51.1
RAM: 786 mb

Is it just me or is it more people with the same problem and i may as well add that the grass looks funky....heres a screen shot i took 0.0

EDIT: Has anyone been having any problems with the hp and the green "bars" because mine is being weird (green bar doesnt decrese when i ran and the red bar was barely affected when i jump down a steep area like laanx dungean)

I am a TOTAL newbie   -   TOTAL

And in my first ramble I fell killing myself

When I appeared in the death realm it wasn't me  I was a Klyros instead of a Xacha
There was a large black character with a sword and a hammer in front of me - No detail just plain black
Then the programme crashed
When I tried to go back in it told me I was still logged in and to wait 30 seconds
After waiting when I tried to start my character the game simply crashes before starting

No chance to get a diagnostic
Total newbie anyway so still learning everything

I will start a new character but keep the old one Malecorn until I am told it is not needed

well i not sure about the crash but everyone respawns in the same area so its probally a Xacha or whatever standing where your character is

And here I was, thinking we got holographic grass foil in a medieval fantasy world.    
Nevertheless, it looks cool, especially when walking right through it.

Hmm, I havent been to DR yet, and now I think it was a good thing, because I was planning on using it to return to Hydlaa... Now i think I'll just walk back *ugh*

And why is it that everyone has an interface like that? My icons are brown, look like they're made of wood.

On the DR crashes:

dfryer found and fixed the problem. Unfortunately you have to wait couple of days until the updated client becomes available. Until then try to avoid meeting dead characters

People who have built their clients from CVS sources can open src/client/pscelclient.cpp, go to the line #1000 and move vitalManager = new psClientVitals; up to the line #973. We have currently problems with the CVS repository and can't commit updates. CVS is working now and you can update to the latest HEAD version.

Simply open your PS Setup program and change the skin.  If you have the wood one, thats the elf skin I think.

I'm having problems with the death relm too,, first and most is no lighting 99% of the time, this is most evil when you have to go up the spires,, could be my LCD screen but its just too dark to be fair, another is sudden vanishing walls again around the spires and after the long ramp I roamed about for 20 minutes in pitch black without so much as falling or hitting a wall that I could tell...which this never happened before the updates.. so I kill myself alot,, then bring in the 00403467 errors

Troubles upon troubles the people who built the server are trying to do the best they can. Remember all this was built on C++ it's a very hard programming language that if you tried learning you'd have heaps of trouble.

I generally do fine with the heap... It's the stack giving me a hard time 

I guess only patience will help... staring into void main(void)
