Tanning - help needed

I have been through the game's library, and understand the fundimentals of the leatherworking skill. I would like to know the following;

A.) Is the Leatherworking skill actually operational as of yet?
and
B). Where might I find a tanner?

As far as I know, it's an skill that isn't yet implemented in game (so no npc trainers for that)

Feel free, though, to use the description and hints you've been able to read in that book, to roleplay that profession, if that's your desire.

Hey... that's a trascendent question

They're already avaiable.
Yeah the skill isn't developed... but as I said earlier, that a skill isn't implemented, doesn't mean that you can't do it. In this case someone (not "officially" known) makes armour, and leather gloves I think are a part of it, and can be obtained with certain NPC. (There's a policy not to allow specific locations being revealed in forums, but now that you know that the gloves exist, it's just a matter of searching for yourself, or asking someone you see wears ones.)
