How do I enable the keyboard?

Sometimes, the keyboard stops responding, how do I fix this?

Sometimes I lose the mouse pointer, and movement just moves the camera around. Any ideas?

I thought the Enter key was supposed to switch between chat mode and normal (I to open inventory) mode. This doesn't always work. (Well, at least for me)

Are these known problems? are there known fixes, or does it all boil down to reboot, reboot, reboot?

I can open the chat window now by pressing the icon, but I can't type in it.

I can't move, but I can open the inventory and options.

and does anyone know what a tavern looks like? or where I can get a map?

on the quick launcher menu you have an 'unstick' option now. Give that one a try.

is there any way to turn on auto run? the change is turning rate is making making my char zigzag like she down a minor sea of apple schnapps or something equaly disgusting.

does anyone know what the tavern look like? the NPS's descriptions of it being loud doesn't really help, and why would I worry about any bouncer when I can't even get within sight of it???

Well, I guess, this has stopped being an issue, since I fell off something while looking for the tavern, and died.

Well, now I can't see anything.

I have no idea where the ground is, but I seem to keep falling off it.

So, I try to ask people around me, but either there are noone who can hear me or they ignore me.

I try asking in the help channel, but there are no advisors in the world at the moment.

So I do as suggested I try a shout, and immediately get told that I should use the help channel.

Well, that was the most helpful answer I got for my trouble, unlesss you consider the only other response helpful, but I don't really think a sexual offer helpful in that situation.

I guess I'm stuck at this point.

Well, I'm not stuck "in" something, like in I can't move past a grassstraw, I just can't find the way out since I can't see any difference between where I can safely step, and where I will fall to my death for the 200th time.

Hiya Pharith We have no detailed maps on the forums that show locations of specific things within the game - like buildings, NPCs, etc. But we also don't have any in-game maps yet, so you'll have to rely on your memory and on the aid of others. We do have some screenshots of Kada-El's in Hydlaa, and in one of the shots from Ojaveda you'll see Brado's Broken Door in the center, with a few carts.

Before you try using -fullbright, try adjusting the settings on your monitor.

Just use the buttons on it, one of them should have a sun icon. If there isn't one, try pressing another one, which should open a menu, and look for the sun icon there. The name of that should be brightness. Select it using one of the other buttons, and use the arrow buttons to increase or decrease it.
