 :o OH NO HELP ME PLEASE!  :o i really need help i havent been able to get on planeshift for over 10 days.....  :thumbdown: and now im ticked off  >:(  X-/ can someone help me?

have you installed the patch and updated?
is it repeatable?
have you updated your graphics drivers?

and don't double post. the forums do _not_ operate in real time. if you have waited ten days. a few more minutes will not kill you.

well..... i've updated patch and all... b4 it said game had more up 2 date vers then i had it and now...

Edit 1: heh graphics driver as in... hey this forum has been viewed nine times! anyways im not that old im around eleven so...

first _don't_ double post. you _will_ annoy people you shouldn't annoy. included people you may be able to help you.

next step on this.
uninstall and reinstall ps. make sure you are working with the 3.15 version, nothing earlier.
reapply the patch
reupdate

and we will work from there

Sextuple posting is a good way to get banned from here... Don't do it.
Not posting any useful information is a good way to get no help... Don't do it either.

So, here's what you're going to do, in order:
1) Calm yourself, and stop eating bags of sugar or whatever else made you hyper...
2) Stop spamming
3) Read this, this, and then read and do this.  (those are links... click on 'em)
4) Tell us what the hell is actually happening.  When is it crashing?  Don't expect any help if we don't know what to help you with.
5) Post vastly more information.  What are your system specs?  (OS, CPU, graphics card, RAM, etc.)  What have you tried thus far to fix this?  (my assumption is absolutely nothing at this point; by the time you post again that had better change)
6) Learn some patience.  After you post, sit and wait.  This isn't IRC, and this is not directly linked into our brains.  Replies take time.

Tyrande, please stop double-posting - this means stop making posts after your own. Please use the Modify button to add new information if no one has replied yet, and read the forum rules.

Is there any way that you can get a parent to help you out? Steuben posted instructions for you, as well as DaveG - if they're a bit complicated, you should get someone to help you - this isn't a tech support forum for basic computer operations, ultimately :)

Just reboot, uninstall PlaneShift, reinstall, apply the patch .zip, and run the updater.
